About Devon Blevins
As the daughter of a proud union member and having had her own experiences as a low-wage worker, Devon has dedicated her entire legal career to advocating for and protecting workers’ rights. Prior to joining the firm, Devon worked as an Honors Attorney with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), where she investigated unfair labor practice charges, processed representation petitions, and acted as a hearing officer and litigator. She also regularly communicated with the public about their rights under federal and state labor and employment laws.
In law school, Devon was awarded the Mary Ellen Krug Labor and Employment Law Scholarship and a Peggy Browning Fellowship based on her dedication to the field of labor and employment law. In law school, Devon gained experience representing workers in unemployment hearings, advising workers, and handling a variety of employment issues. Devon was also involved in the Students for Labor and Employment Justice.
Devon is passionate about advocating for labor organizations and individual workers in various aspects of litigation and administrative proceedings.
